A top-to-bottom remodel of this home included new baths, kitchen, laundry room, finished basement, plus new bay windows, a modified entry hall and more.
In the entry hall, the main stair was opened, a powder room was added, the living room entrance was widened, the coat closet was enlarged, and a wine cellar was added to the dining room.
The kitchen is all new, with a large island, storage from floor to ceiling, and wide open views into the dining room and family room. The family room fireplace was refaced and a gas log set was installed. The living room got new moldings and the den has a new bay window.
The master bath layout was rearranged and outfitted with a new tub, shower, vanity and heated floors. Photos courtesy Grosse Pointe Magazine.
