The existing bath had a cast iron tub with its glazing worn through from a faucet that had dripped for decades, plus badly installed tile that rotted the window framing, so it was gutted to the walls. New plumbing and electric services were installed and all new finishes throughout. Notice the large shower, excellent tile work and the chrome console sink.
